Yesterday I went to a hypnotherapy to help me stop smoking. I have now been almost smoke free for 24 hours. Turns out it’s not an addiction, who knew?! The hypnotherapy basically uses messages your subconscious Mind, to help you see stopping smoking differently.
So far so good, I can’t explain how it feels right now, it’s a mixture of everything. Anyway I’ll update on my progress soon and hopefully I can see things differently then.
